The purpose of this is to make the program case-insensitive.
Speaking of which... has anybody there at the Icon Project given thought to the
whole can of worms opened up by all this "Unicode" nonsense? Is this something
that ought to be taken into account by a version of Icon? Or should we all
really just ignore Unicode in hopes it will go away?
I'd be interested in everyone's opinion on this whole issue...
